Virtual

The two-hour long virtual meetup provides an opportunity for up to 60 Noyce Scholars to learn how computing and traditional disciplines intersect, and how integrating computing into existing materials can benefit a classroom and ultimately students. Through an online web interface, educators will learn how to use AI technology (like Chat-GPT) to jumpstart their own instructions for micro-controllers that are found in everyday devices such as phones, appliances, cars, and more.  Educators who sign up early will receive their own micro:bit devices to work with!

By integrating computing into traditional subjects areas, educators can enhance the learning experience for their students, making it more engaging and relevant to the real world. The sessions are designed to cater to all skill levels, making it a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning. With the help of experienced instructors and a supportive community, educators will gain the skills and ability to integrate computing into their existing curriculum, inspiring their students to become future innovators.

September 7th - - both from 4-6PM Mountain Time. Registrants will be emailed a zoom link.
