Friday Field Trip
Sacramento State Field Trip
The field trip is for Noyce Scholars and Fellows only on Friday, March 10 from approximately 1:00-4:30pm. We will be visiting the Sacramento State Planetarium and our brand new Stinger Studio Makerspace.
Field Trip Schedule
| 12:00-1:00pm | Check-in for the field trip at the foyer of the hotel Ballroom, located on the lower level |
| 12:45-1:00pm | Board the Amador Stageline bus located in front of the hotel |
| 1:00-1:30pm | Drive to Sacramento State |
| 1:30-1:45pm | Meet field trip leaders at Sacramento State and walk to Planetarium |
| 1:45-2:40pm | Planetarium Show |
| 2:45-3:45pm | Stinger Studio Makerspace - rotate through stations and activities |
| 3:45-4:00pm | Board the bus and depart for the hotel |
| 4:30pm | Arrive at the Sheraton Grand |
In order to attend the field trip you must be able to check-in at the hotel lobby for the field trip between 12:00-1:00pm, and get on the bus outside the hotel by 1:00pm! The hotel will hold your luggage if a room is not available when you arrive.
